1980 saw Quinn Martin's final TV movie, The Aliens Are Coming. QM had some success with science fiction back in the 1960s with The Invaders, so a return to the genre seemed like a natural choice. Unfortunately, this pilot film did not get turned into a regular series and Quinn Martin decided to call it a day.
