The Face of Fear was a 1971 TV movie from the ever-busy super-producer Quinn Martin, starring Elizabeth Ashley, Ricardo Montalban, Jack Warden and Dane Clark. The project had a successful life on television, getting replayed heavily between 1972 and 1974 and could still be seen in reruns throughout the 1980s.
